The Crowthorne and Wokingham Without Men's Shed will be holding it's first 'Men's Sheds on the Air' event on Thursday 3rd July, with the aim of of making and receiving calls via HF with Radio Amateurs and other Men's Sheds (of which there are approx. 1000).

Men's Sheds are about social connections and friendship building, sharing skills and knowledge, and of course a lot of laughter.

Norman G8EYM has acquired a SES Callsign for the event, GB0CWW, so please listen out for us and call in for a QSO.

Further information about this event is available via the GB0CWW QRZ page at: https://www.qrz.com/db/GB0CWW

A small project completed for one of our neighbours. They wanted a small raised flower bed constructed at the end of their driveway to stop delivery drivers flattening their plants whilst turning round or reversing. Should look lovely once it’s all planted up.

Happy New Year to you all!

If you’re curious as to what the Men’s Shed is all about, then why not come down to our next ‘Social Tuesday’ gathering? There will be no Project work but plenty of tea/coffee, biscuits and banter.

If you haven't yet visited the Shed then this would be a good opportunity to have a look around and meet some people.
We are open 10am-4pm.
If you are arriving by car, please park in our carpark and under no circumstances in the road.
If the carpark is full then come back later or park at St. Sebastian's Memorial Hall on Nine Mile Ride and walk through.
Bicycles can be parked safely in our fenced off patio area.
