This guitar peddle came in as it was only working intermittently, and it turns out it was the relays. New parts required.

Our October repair cafe was buzzing! One thing that came in was a 1960's ethnic bag. Unfortunately the strap had broken off and the owners daughter wants to take it to Glastonbury. Love this. Keep it going!

Our next repair cafe is Saturday 7th November, 10am to midday at Ashdown Juniors.

Last month we were busy with all kinds. A remote control boat which the propeller didn't turn, old 80's ghetto blaster, a vacuum cleaner which was repaired and helped clean the toaster next door and a necklace clasp.

We're all ready for more repair action this morning (Saturday 3rd October).

10am till midday at Ashdown Juniors.

We look forward to seeing you there for tea and homemade cake while you wait.

My raincoat sleeve has come apart, I wasn't sure it could be repaired, or if it needed tape, so I brought it in anyway. Rebecca has stitched it up. Although it won't be waterproof, it will still be ok for some weather.

Our next cafe is on Saturday, 3rd, October at Ashdown Juniors, at 10am.

It's hedge cutting season and our sharpening service is busy as ever. Our next cafe is, Sat, 3rd October at Ashdown Juniors, at 10am.

At our September (5th) cafe we had a visit from a young man in year 10 who is interested in fixing things. He may continue with us while he does his D of E, but mostly he's really curious. This is what we're all about. The team are overjoyed at being able to pass on skills to the next generation.
