Set in 1916, a choral society in a small Yorkshire town prepares for a major production, and

is struggling to recruit new members as many of the men are enlisted to fight in the First

World War. Ralph Fiennes heads a strong cast, in a film written by Alan Bennett. (Contains: infrequent strong language, moderate s*x)
