Cricklade Youth Football Club Established over thirty years ago, Cricklade Youth FC provides grass roots football to children from Cricklade and the surrounding area.

END OF SEASON CELEBRATION! 11th July
In a change from previous years, we will be holding our celebration event at Cricklade Leisure Centre.
The day kicks off with a not-to-be-missed "Coaches Exhibition Match" at 12 midday. ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Then in the afternoon, the team awards will take place. Timings per individual team to be confirmed nearer to the event...
Expect a relaxed afternoon of fun, food and football...all of our players and their families are welcome to come and join us to celebrate the season, and congratulate our wonderful young footballers! 😍⚽️🥳😍⚽️🥳😍⚽️🥳

⚽️ All children to be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.
⚽️ All players to wear CYFC kit if possible please ask your coaches if you need a kit.
⚽️ No football boots please
⚽️ There will be a bar, raffle and food vans.
⚽️ Picnic chairs/blankets advisable!
⚽️ Bring cash for the tuck shop 😉

📢Coaches Needed! 💚
We are really keen to hear from anyone who might be able to coach our Tots training sessions. Without coaches to run the sessions, they may not be able continue which would be a huge shame for our littlest footballers. 💚⚽️💚⚽️This weekend is National Silent Support Weekend💚⚽️💚⚽️.
Over the course of the weekend, grassroots leagues nationwide are encouraged to take part by running games that allow the coach’s voice to be heard. The aim is to promote positive forms of support and provide a calm, encouraging environment for young players.
During Silent Support Weekend, spectators are welcome to show appreciation through applause for good play and coaches can offer encouragement to their teams. Spectators are asked to avoid shouting or calling out, helping to create an enjoyable, pressure-free experience for all young players. The initiative is designed to give young players the space to thrive without distractions from the sidelines. In a quieter environment, players can find their voice on the pitch and improve their decision making while developing as players and enjoying the game.
