CHIKS

CHIKS CHIKS is a community run project based in Crich, Derbyshire. We provide food, education and medical care for orphaned children in Aduwa, West Kenya.

The vision for our project is that of Irene Street, a Kenyan woman who currently lives in the UK. Her elderly mother already looks after between 10-15 orphans in her own home. Irene's dream is to build a home to ensure that there is a sustainable facitilty to support orphaned children in the future.
