No entries will be accepted after this time. Your entry must be a photograph or video of a vehicle/robot that you yourself have drawn onto a clear plastic sheet provided at the Crewe CAN stand at TrAction Crewe. You must include your full name and a contact phone number with your entry. You may enter up to 5 photos or videos. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualif
ied. If you are contacted as a winner, you must provide an address within 10 miles of Crewe, Cheshire for the prize to be delivered to. Prizes cannot be delivered outside of this area. The photos and videos will be judged by the number of Facebook “Likes” received before 10pm on 24th July 2016, and the winners will be informed and announced during the following week of 25th–29th July. If the Facebook users’ vote results in a tie, the judges shall have the casting vote. No correspondence will be entered into and the judges’ decision is final. The prizes are as stated. There is no cash alternative and they cannot be sold or transferred. Entrants will retain copyright in the photographs that they submit to this competition. By entering the competition all entrants grant to Crewe CAN the right to publish and exhibit their photographs on any of their social media platforms, websites or in emails. Crewe CAN reserves the right to cancel this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. By entering, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules, which are final and binding. By entering, you agree to release and hold Crewe CAN, Facebook, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Photo Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Photo Contest; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) late or undelivered mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Photo Contest; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You waive the right to claim any legal fees and any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
