Oracle Winter Guard

ORACLE WG, a non-profit charitable organisation who operate across East and West Sussex. CN: 1169966

Our aim is to produce high energy movement and visual performances to audiences and adjudicators in both the UK and Europe featuring the use of body, flags and other props which we perform to music of all genres. Our Mission: Developing lifelong excellence for young people through a focused, valued and challenging performing arts educational experience. ORACLE participates in winter competitive circuits such as Winter Guard United Kingdom (WGUK) & Colour Guard Netherlands (CGN). Each season we prepare a new show based on a concept, approximately 4 to 5 minutes in length, and we refine it throughout the winter. Our shows are performed on arenas and stages at different leisure centres and performance spaces across the UK and Europe. We are judged in various movement and visual categories, or “captions”. Our musical repertoire can vary widely depending on our current show concept.

✨ MEET OUR CAPTAINS — LARA & MOLLIE! ✨

Both long-standing members of Oracle, Lara and Mollie were appointed as our Open Class Captains at the start of the 2026 season. ❤️

Together, they provide that all-important link between our staff and membership, making sure both sides of the floor are happy… well, as happy as we can all be during those moments we know only too well! 😂👀

They bring experience, commitment and plenty of personality to the role, and we couldn’t ask for a better pair to help support our members and staff.

Now, with 2027 just around the corner, Lara and Mollie are excited, ready and absolutely raring to go! 🔥

📣Check out our socials story over the next few days where we will be a chance for you to ‘ask the captains’ anything you want to know!
