Wendo Women empowerment in Kenya

Beverley got a free computer from the charity Computer 4 Good to be shipped to Bethany School in Kenya. Beverley visited the school, met the teacher and some of the boys and girls there, just before her hiking to Mount Kenya.

She realised the school is in need of everything, pens, books, you name it.

A computer is a first step. In the meantime we continue to raise funds for dignity kits and uniforms for girls.

“Where do the Funds Go?”

The walk to Mount Kenya was successful, also in terms of donations.
If you want to know where the funds go, here is a little recap:

Menstrual kits
School uniforms

Behind every donation is something tangible.
We’re not raising numbers.
We’re creating opportunities.
Keep donating. https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/wendouk

The five days walk to Mount Kenya has started, but before it, Beverley met and talked to Eric from a school Wendo is trying to help with donations.

Give generously. Girs are in need.
