First day on site setting up for Crawley Pride 2026 taking place this Saturday 22nd August. We thought we would just get our head of security Chris Malden from Prestige Security to say a few words about do's and dont's on what to bring on the day.

Parade Route Information

This year due to the roadworks going on down Queens way we have altered our route slightly. The parade will start forming in the memorial gardens from 10am Where we will have some entertainment and set off at 11am sharp.

We will then do a lap aroung the memorial gardens, exit through the lower entrance and head through Queens Square and head toward the High Street. We will then walk up the High Street and across the level crossing. Once over the level crossing we will head down Springfield Road and into and through Goffs Park to the festival site.

While we are outside the festival site and everyone is making their way through security there will be some dance workshops put on by Bollyq***r so don't head in straightaway!

So our yearly task of repainting the flag in Goffs Park got completed today. It's a time consuming one but the end result is always worth it. We can't wait for you all to see it in person on Saturday when the parade crosses over it on the way to the festival site.

1 week to go!

Only one week left until Crawley Pride 2026. Its crazy how quickly the time is passing and for us its the busiest week of the year making sure that all the final plans and preparations are in place to put on such and amazing event.

Today the preparations for pride have got us all hot and sweaty.

We have been out in the sun making organising all the banners and signage we need for the day. We cant believe its only a week away now!

Craft Area!

This year we are trying something a little different and instead of having a Family Space we are creating a crafting area.

Within the Crafting are there will be several things you can take part in.

The first is a pride mural that we are creating. We have a predesigned grid and you can come along and stick some stickers on it to be a part of a picture that will be displayed in The Pod.

The second is that you can come along and make a flower crown that you can take away with you to wear around the festival.

The third is a design your own pride flag competition we are looking for something really creative so plan your idea and we have the materials to make it happen

The last is colouring in pictures for the kids or adult to come and have a little quite time.
