🌟 **Support Ryan and the Royal Surrey Charity!*🌟

We're excited to announce that **Walk for Ryan** has teamed up with **Braai Club**, who will be generously donating ÂŁ1 from every sale to support our cause.

**Why are we doing this? Please take a moment to read Ryan’s story below:**

👋 Hi, my name is Ryan, and I’m 11 years old.

I have cerebral palsy, along with other medical conditions. Over the years, I’ve undergone multiple surgeries to help me walk, but despite my progress, I still face daily challenges. Sometimes, I use a wheelchair when I get really tired, but I always need someone to push me, which limits my independence.

What I really want is the freedom to go out with my friends and move around on my own. That’s why I’m fundraising for a power pack for my wheelchair. Unfortunately, I don’t qualify for one under the NHS because I can walk sometimes, but having a power pack would mean the world to me—it would allow me to navigate school and hang out with my friends more independently.

I’ve spent much of my life on Hascombe Ward at the Royal Surrey Hospital. Now, I want to give something back. After talking with the fundraising team, we found out that Hascombe Ward hasn’t seen official fundraising efforts in 30 years, with most donations going to SCBU.

**Our goal?** To supply all beds with TVs and game consoles. Right now, 16 beds share just 2 mobile TVs. We also want to ease the fear kids feel when going to surgery—like I still do after 28 operations—by providing battery-operated cars to drive non-emergency kids down to the theatre.

**How can you help?**

Some of my friends are doing a sponsored walk—nearly 100 miles—from the White Hart in Cadnam near the New Forest to the White Hart in Cranleigh, Surrey.

We’re inviting businesses to join us in this cause. In return for your support, we’ll post a video on all our socials promoting your business and recognizing your efforts. We’re asking if you could match Braai Club’s donation of £1 from every sale, but any contribution, big or small, makes a difference!

Thank you for any support you can provide—every little bit helps!

Ryan x
