If you have a child with SEND aged 0-7, we’re asking for your views on accessing childcare in the EARLY YEARS:

This short, anonymous survey asks about:
🔵 your experience of looking for a place
🔵 what has worked well
🔵 any difficulties you have faced

You can still take part if your child has not attended a nursery or formal childcare setting - we also ask about what support may have been useful to you.

This survey will help Oxfordshire County Council and local partners better understand how to improve access to childcare and ensure settings are equipped to support children with SEND. Thank you for your time and feedback!
