Happy Monday!
A new week has started and we are grateful for the sunny mornings warming up our souls! Lets all try to focus a little more on our well-being and taking little steps towards a more positive mind and life! AND to help you a little along the way, we have two upcoming activties this week focusing on physical wellbeing and strenght and mental/social and emotional well-being l.
Friday 9.30am -10.30am our weekly fitness session for women, this week is with myself we will enjoy a fully body, low impact and light weights session!
SATURDAY 25th April : we have our gardening session with Louise where we connect, we we breathe, we look at the progress we made with our garden and we decide what needs doing. Those who enjoy gardening can get help and those that might want to relax are free tp do so! Lunch provided but we'd appreciate if you register your interest, though not mandatory.
