Hearing the happy cheefrul sounds of children playing in the mud kitchen, excitement over feeding the chickens and the smell of freshly cooked, simple but tasty, healthy food with surplus from Oxford Food Hub make you truly appreciate the gift of life and community. Happy Monday!
A new week has started and we are grateful for the sunny mornings warming up our souls! Lets all try to focus a little more on our well-being and taking little steps towards a more positive mind and life! AND to help you a little along the way, we have two upcoming activties this week focusing on physical wellbeing and strenght and mental/social and emotional well-being l.

Friday 9.30am -10.30am our weekly fitness session for women, this week is with myself we will enjoy a fully body, low impact and light weights session!

SATURDAY 25th April : we have our gardening session with Louise where we connect, we we breathe, we look at the progress we made with our garden and we decide what needs doing. Those who enjoy gardening can get help and those that might want to relax are free tp do so! Lunch provided but we'd appreciate if you register your interest, though not mandatory.

Big load delivered today,kindly donated by Stepnells ! We are so excited to see the end result of the work thats being done tomorrow! New raised beds filled with top soil ready to plant and grow some wonderful vegetables and flowers! We are indeed very grateful and blessed to have your support!

We’re so happy to share that WEmpowered CIC has been able to open up our allotment space for the Knitting Mums group to host their monthly gatherings 🌿🧶

There’s something truly special about bringing women together in a space that encourages connection, creativity, and calm. Surrounded by nature, the group can enjoy meaningful conversations, share skills, and take a well-deserved moment for themselves.

At WEmpowered, our purpose is to provide a space where women and mums in our community can thrive, feel seen and valued, and step into leadership in their own unique ways 💚 This is exactly what our allotment is about – community, connection, and growing together.

We’re proud to support such a lovely group and look forward to seeing their gatherings continue to flourish 🌸

ART for well-being at the allotment, with was an absolute success! We had some amazing families attending, homemade healthy and delicious food, even children got to join in for a while! Only positive feedback about our amazing artist mentor who's incredible skills helped everyone relax and actually do great art!! Thank you for supporting this much needed project helping improve well-being of families in our community!

What an amazing first session with some wonderful women, to kick-start the growing season!! Good food, positive energy, children helped painting the fence and gazebo and planting bulbs, and we all got our hand stuck in soil! It was AMAZING! CAN'T wait for next one!

Spring at,Wildflowers Allotment!😍 today we planted long forgotten and slightly mouldy onion,bulbs 👍😅 remembered were we planted spring flower's, rearranged gazebo seating and decorated gazebo!
