We were honoured to be visited yesterday by the High Sheriff of the Isle of Wight, and to be presented with an award in Recognition of Great and Valuable Services to the Community.

This means so much to everyone involved, our volunteers, our members, and everyone who's ever taken to the water with us. Thank you to everyone who helps make Cowes Sailability what it is 🎉

We were very excited to welcome Pudsey Bear to our annual Children’s Event this year. Check out the story below for more info and to see some of the fun we had, thanks to the generous funding from BBC Children in Need :)

This years children's event took place using a wheelchair-accessible motorboat, chartered by Cowes Sailability Club and owned and operated by Wetwheels Hamble.
Thank you to them for their support this year.

We would also like to thank East Cowes Marina for hosting this event and Red Funnel Isle of Wight Ferry for kindly transporting Pudsey to the island from Southampton free of charge.

Happy Saturday 🤩As you might have seen we have uploaded more of the Cowes Week pictures today, we had such a fab time and it was great to see how much fun everyone had.

All of this was possible due to our amazing sponsors, the Isle of Wight High Sheriff’s Trust, Cowes Corinthian Yacht Club, Daisie Rich Trust and our private sponsor.

Please note that there will be no sailing on Monday, August 10th, due to the ongoing activities from Cowes Week. The visiting boats are being cleared, so we are unable to access our berths.

Sailing as normal on Monday 17th; please use the booking system.
