💚 A big thank you to Wayne and Melissa from Island Island competitions for their very generous donation!

They dropped off 5 trolleys of food and supplies, weighing an incredible 262kg! 🛒🥫

Every item will help us support people across the Isle of Wight who are facing a difficult time, making sure they can access the emergency food they need.

We’re so grateful to Wayne and Melissa for their kindness and for helping us support our local community. 💚

Thank you both for your support! 👏

We are so grateful to Isle of Wight Radio, Glanvilles Damant and everyone who participated in the 10,000 tins campaign! Thank you so much for the extra support - this is much appreciated at this time of year. We feed over 500 people per month, so this comes at a time when we need it most. 💚

A huge thank you, Isle of Wight! Our 10,000 Tins Campaign has collected 6,598 essential items to help local people facing food hardship.

🍂 A big thank you to Rev. Dozie Moneme and everyone at St Paul’s Church on Staplers Road for their wonderful Harvest collection! 💚

The church kindly donated two trolleys of food to Isle of Wight Foodbank, and we’re so grateful for their generosity. 🛒🥫

Every donation helps us support local people and families facing difficult times, and it’s lovely to see our Island community coming together to help others.
Thank you to everyone at St Paul’s for thinking of your local Foodbank this Harvest season! 💚

💚 Thank you, Planet Kawaii! 💚

A huge thank you to Lei from Planet Kawaii for getting behind the 10,000 Tins campaign and donating 30 tins to help local people facing difficult times. 🥫

After hearing the appeal on Isle of Wight Radio, Lei started collecting tins throughout September - proving that you don’t need to be a big business to make a big difference.

We absolutely love Lei’s message: lots of small contributions can add up to something much bigger. 💚

So, if you’re a small business on the Island, why not follow Planet Kawaii’s lead? You could collect a few tins in your workplace, encourage your team to bring something in, or simply make a donation yourselves.

Every tin counts - and together, we can help reach the 10,000 tins target before the campaign finishes this month. 🙌

Thank you, Lei, for your kindness, generosity and for encouraging other Island businesses to get involved. 🌟

Small business. Small contribution. Big difference.

St Faiths Road → Elm Grove → Ash Grove → Love Lane → Foodbank

Please follow the directions carefully and allow a little extra time for your journey.

💚 October's Most Needed Items 💚

As we head into October, we’re incredibly grateful for the continued kindness and support of our local community.

Every week, generous donations from people across the Island help us provide essential food and toiletries to local people who need a little extra support.

Here are the items we’re particularly short of this month:

🍝 Tinned spaghetti
🍅 Tinned tomatoes
🥛 Long-life / UHT milk
🥣 Soup
🥫 Tinned meat meals
🍮 Custard
🫧 Shaving gel / foam
🧴 Shampoo
🧺 Laundry tablets / powder
🌸 Female deodorant

🛒 Next time you're doing your supermarket shop, could you add one or two of these items to your basket or trolley? Even a small donation can make a real difference.

You can drop your donations into a foodbank collection point at participating supermarkets across the Island.
