We have a brilliant creative writing workshop coming up here in May!

Have you got a novel in you? How about a collection of poems or short stories? A screenplay? Do you have flashes of inspiration, notepads full of ideas but just can’t seem to find the formula to turn them into the works you know they could be? This workshop is ideal if you need help in getting started on a writing project or just want to explore the literate side of your creative self.

A workshop of creative writing experiments, story structure exercises and practical writing guidance designed to give you the techniques to unlock your creativity and create good writing habits.

This workshop is run by Colum Sanson-Regan, USW lecturer and a novelist, short story and scriptwriter.

Did you know you can hire our main room for your activities and events? Not only is it an affordable choice, all of the hire fees we charge go back into running our activities here and With Music In Mind groups across the Vale, so by working with us you're helping make a difference in the community🥰

Our hall is a lovely bright space, fully accessible, and comes with use of the kitchen. We've hosted social groups, exercise classes, music rehearsals, training sessions, craft groups and lots more, and we'd love to welcome you in too!
