Coventry Pride is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, skilled, and diverse people to help shape our future. We want to start 2026 with a BANG 💜
We believe Pride is for everyone — and that means our leadership should reflect the richness of our community. Whether your strengths are in finance, governance, communications, fundraising, community engagement, or something entirely different, your voice matters here.
What you’ll do as a Trustee:
• Guide the strategic direction of Coventry Pride
• Champion inclusion, equality, and intersectionality
• Support grassroots projects and community initiatives
• Bring your unique skills and lived experience to the table
Who we’re looking for:
• People from all walks of life
• Those with a passion for LGBTQ+ advocacy and community building
• Individuals ready to collaborate, challenge, and inspire

This role is unpaid, but reasonable expenses covered, and should take no more than a few hours a week at most. There will be a board meeting (you can join online) every month for a couple of hours, and then all other times are flexible around your capacity and freedom.
