All Stoke Park Residents are invited to a Special General Meeting to vote on the dissolution of SPRG. RSVP to [email protected] if you are coming. An option to vote if you cannot make it will also be available - PM for details to be sent.

Resolution to dissolve Stoke Park Residents' Group (SPRG).
SPRG has seen a sustained decline in committee membership over the past few years and as a community group it requires active engagement and management to fulfill its purpose effectively.
During a SPRG Committee meeting on Friday 12th June the committee members unanimously voted that the group be dissolved as per the terms of its constitution.
They believe that a decline in committee members, limited resources and a shift towards localised social media engagement mean that Residents' Groups and the committee structure are no longer relevant. This vote is to confirm the committee's decision and dissolve SPRG on the 14th July 2026.
Proposed Dissolution: Stoke Park Residents' Group shall be formally dissolved, effective 14th July 2026.
