Huge thanks to Annette Ball, Sue Watkins from Coventry University and the group who attended her ceramics workshop on 13 June, for their generous donation of £48. Your work looks beautiful - glad you all had such a lovely time, and thanks for supporting CVH. It is greatly appreciated!

Proud to have given our latest Shine Award to Specsavers Cheylesmore. Staff there have really helped one of our service users to be confident in getting their eyes tested and given great advice about further treatment. Thank you Preet, Chloe, Sahar, Anchal and Yusuf and all your colleagues. Pictured here with CVH CEO Hugh Sorrill and Activities & Volunteers Manager and Chris Norman.

A message from Kyle as he gears up for his Who Needs Wings charity sky dive on 23 June:

Thank you for your support, encouragement, and for helping me justify voluntarily throwing myself out of a perfectly good aircraft! 😀

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small the amount, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every penny helps Coventry Vision Hub continue supporting blind and visually impaired people in our community.

On 23 June 2026, Kyle who is blind and Georgia from 'Visiting Angels Home Care' are doing a sky dive to raise funds for Coventry Vision Hub! It's the first time our charity has had skydiving support and we are in awe - some of us will be there watching from the ground!
