District Lead Volunteer – Charterhouse
Could you help shape the future of Scouting across Charterhouse?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring District Lead Volunteer to lead our District team and help create even more opportunities for young people across Charterhouse.
As District Lead Volunteer, you’ll provide leadership, support and direction to the District, working alongside volunteers to make sure our Groups and Sections have the support they need to thrive.
🌟 What will you do?
🔹 Lead and inspire the District Leadership Team and wider volunteer community
🔹 Support our Scout Groups and Sections to deliver great Scouting
🔹 Help develop and deliver the District’s vision and priorities
🔹 Work collaboratively with County and local partners
🔹 Recruit, support and develop volunteers
🔹 Champion inclusion, growth and Safe Scouting across the District
🔹 Celebrate and showcase the fantastic work happening across Charterhouse

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about Scouting, with the ability to bring people together and help others achieve their potential.
You don’t need to have all the answers — what matters is that you can lead, listen, support and inspire.
