What an incredible evening we had celebrating our 30th Birthday Ball!

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate this special milestone with our wonderful customers and their families, who were truly at the heart of the evening. Bringing everyone together to celebrate, share memories, and enjoy a night of fun made it a truly unforgettable occasion. We were also incredibly proud to celebrate alongside our amazing staff team, whose dedication and hard work make Take-a-Break such a special place every day.

The night was filled with laughter, dancing, and celebration, giving us the chance to have fun and mark 30 amazing years in style.
A huge thank you to Deckerdance, Coleshill, for all your support in helping bring our vision to life, and to Mark Green Entertainment – Elvis Tribute Act, who not only supported our event but also delivered a fantastic evening of entertainment and kept the dance floor full all night with an amazing disco!

There were so many other organisations and people who contributed to making this event such a success, and we are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you.
We would also like to extend our thanks to our Board of Trustees, especially Lesley Hines, our Customer Representatives, and our Parent and Carer Representatives Group, who worked tirelessly together behind the scenes to make this celebration possible. Your commitment, enthusiasm, and hard work have been truly appreciated.

Finally, thank you to everyone who attended and celebrated with us. Your support, smiles, and shared memories made our very first Ball a truly unforgettable evening.

TAB Easter Celebrations!

We have been having fun celebrating Easter this week. Our TABLO and Coventry team have been completing amazing arts and craft hats and decorations!

We hope you all have a lovely Easter and please see below a reminder of our Easter bank holiday operational hours:
- Full service closure on Good Friday 3rd April
- Open as usual on Saturday 4th April
- Full service closure Sunday 5th April
- Full service closure Monday 6th April
All service will reopen as usual on Tuesday 7th April 2026.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and families for their continued support. Looking ahead, we are delighted to announce that Take-a-Break will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026.

To mark this important milestone, we are planning a variety of special events and activities, and we would love for customers, parents, carers, and staff to be involved in shaping these celebrations. Please see the attached flyer for more information about our plans and how you can join one of our planning groups. Your ideas and participation will help make our 30th anniversary memorable.
