Our Home Education Group resumes tomorrow!

This group is for children and young people with SEND aged 6 - 11 who are:
Home Educated, Flexi-Schooling, with an EOTAS package, or struggling with EBSA.

The sessions are low demand with access to a range of activities, a sensory room and outside space. Our staff can support children to access cooking activities and English & Maths based games and activities.

Groups are small, with a maximum of 8 SEND children at a time, and Parents/Carers are asked to stay to support their child.

Sessions are each Monday from 9:30am - 11:00am at Wood Side Family Hub, Willenhall, CV3 3GL.

Thank you to Creative Live for their generous donation of £2,360 towards our ongoing activities!

The team at Creative Live were inspired to raise money for us as members of their team have a child who attends Ladybug Lodge Hydrotherapy Sessions! They raised the funds through auctioning tickets to the FA Cup Final at Wembley!

A huge Thank You to Off Balance Dance for 2 days of incredible dance sessions, It has been lovely to see regular faces and lots of new faces trying dance for the first time!

Thank you to the families who joined us for Forest School today on such a hot day!

With highs of 33°, families made the most of water play, shaving foam & time in the shade! Lots of children tried whittling and log splitting for the first time and showed incredible perseverance given the heat!

Families enjoyed lighting miniature fires and having toasted pancakes, marshmallows and ice lollies (those that stayed frozen!)

We look forward to seeing lots more of you across this week! ☀️

Can you help? 🪵

Thanks to the British weather 🌧️ our logs at Forest School are not drying out, making it really hard for our families to access Fire Lighting & Fire Cooking Skills at sessions!

If you can spare a couple of pounds and grab a bag of either Kindling or Dried Logs and bring them with you to any session over the half term, We would really appreciate it!

May Half Term is just around the corner and we have spaces available on all activity types!

From Stay and Play to a variety of Swimming sessions, Dance with Off Balance Dance, and Forest School, there is plenty for you to get involved with!

Sessions are for SEND children and their families - a diagnosis is not required to attend - with a range of adapted facilities; changing places toilets, hoists, etc.
