EnV CIC - Events need Volunteers Queen's Award-winning CIC. Providing a positive impact with volunteers at the heart of everything we do. Delivering events, training & volunteering.

During the London 2012 Games 300 volunteers were recruited to welcome the world to Coventry as Ambassadors. EnV was established as a Community Interest Company to manage, grow and sustain the volunteer legacy in Coventry and beyond. Since the success of the Olympic Games in 2012 EnV volunteers have continued to support in various roles at local, national and international events. In 2021 EnV manag

ed the UK City of Culture volunteer programme for Coventry - City Hosts - and are continuing to manage the ongoing legacy. By volunteering with EnV you can:

During National EnV City Hosts were given the opportunity to Shine while assisting visitors at the CBS Arena in
City Hosts were in place to help everyone have the Greatest Day at the Take That concert.

City Hosts were deployed at key entry & walking roots as well as entry gates and providing child safe wrist bands. 💙

Over 45 of our volunteers supported a range of key participant facing roles at Race Office, Bag Drop & Finish Processing our City Hosts were directed by the Jane Tomlinson's Run For All team to help provide an efficient event service with positive energy smiles & cheers!
