It’s K to Talk about comedowns 💬

Ketamine doesn’t just affect you in the moment.
The comedown can hit hard — low mood, anxiety, overthinking, feeling off.
If that’s happened to you, you’re not the only one.
If you are using, small things can help reduce harm:

👥 Don’t be on your own
🚫 Don’t mix substances
💧 Drink water
⏸️ Take breaks
🛏️ Rest somewhere calm

City’s going up ⚽⬆️

The vibes are high, the celebrations are everywhere… but we’ve already seen how quickly things can go left.

If you’re out celebrating:
💧 Pace yourself
🍔 Eat before you drink
🚫 Avoid mixing
👥 Stick with people you trust

Enjoy the moment — just make sure you get home safe too 🩵

If you’re going through a difficult time and feel stressed, the Five Ways to Wellbeing can help get you feeling like yourself again.

Connect with others – Chat with loved ones, join a social group or volunteer to meet new people

Stay active – This doesn’t have to be anything too strenuous, just going for a walk and getting fresh air can help

Keep learning – Learning something new can help you feel more confident and give you something to focus on

Give to others – This could be as simple as holding the door for someone, or asking if they need anything from the shop

Be mindful – Try to focus on what is happening to you right now, rather than the past or future

It’s “K” to talk about Spiking 💬

Some ketamine locally has been found to contain other drugs ⚠️
Including strong opioids like fentanyl, nitazenes and xylazine.

This means the risk of accidental overdose is higher.

If you or someone you know uses Ketamine, it’s important to know the risks and stay as safe as possible.

Naloxone (Nyxoid) can save lives in an overdose.
You can get a kit and learn how to use it from local services 💬

You’re not in trouble, and you’re not alone 🤝

Today marks the start of Stress Awareness Month, a chance for you to reflect on the impact stress can have on both your physical and mental health.

Throughout the month we’ll be sharing tips and advice on how to reduce stress and look after your mental health.

To start, we want to know how you manage stress. Do you talk to someone you trust? Do you listen to music? Does binge watching your favourite show help keep your mind off things? Maybe you reach for some tasty treats, or drink more than you normally would?

We all have different ways of coping and it’s useful to be aware of our triggers and how we deal with stressful situations.

Let us know how you manage stress in the comments 👇

🍀 Happy St Patrick’s Day . if you’re drinking, a few small choices can help reduce hangovers and keep things safer.

• Stay hydrated — try having a soft drink or water between alcoholic drinks
• Go slow — it’s easy to drink too much too quickly when you’re having fun
• Eat something — food in your stomach slows alcohol absorption
• Don’t mix drinks — mixing can make it harder to track how much you’ve had and can lead to worse hangovers
• Prepare for the next day — put out water and paracetamol before bed
• Set limits — decide your finish time and how much you want to drink or spend

💚 Look after yourself and check in with friends. Morning you will thank you.

🏆 We’re a winner, baby!

Our K to Talk campaign picked up an award at the Coventry Health & Wellbeing Awards 🎉
Massive thank you to everyone who supported, shared, and helped start real conversations about ketamine in Coventry and Warwickshire.
And of course thank you to Coventry Council for the recognition 💙

The conversation doesn’t stop here…

It’s “K” to talk about nosebleeds 💬

Sniffing ketamine can damage the inside of your nose ⚠️
This can lead to nosebleeds, irritation, and infections, and over time may even cause holes in the septum (the tissue inside your nose).

These problems can get worse with continued use.

If this sounds familiar — or you’re worried about your ketamine use — you’re not in trouble, and you’re not alone 🤝

Reach out. Support is available 💬

It’s “Real Talk” time 💬

Real Talk is a chill space for young people aged 13–16 to talk about the stuff that actually comes up in life. Relationships, online safety, sexuality, age gaps, and spotting controlling behaviour 👀

No lectures, no awkwardness. Just open conversations, different perspectives, and a chance to ask questions in a relaxed space 🤝

If you’ve ever wondered “is this normal?” or “is this okay?”, this is the place to talk about it.

Come along, bring a friend, and join the conversation 💬

❤️‍🩹Valentine’s Day is about love — not fear or control.
If you need support, reach out to your worker or someone you trust.
❤️Valentine’s Day can increase pressure in some relationships, which may raise risks where abuse is already present.

🗣️ Domestic abuse charities, including Women’s Aid, report that emotionally charged occasions like Valentine’s Day can escalate existing abusive behaviours.

🍷 Alcohol use often increases around Valentine’s Day and can make situations feel less safe — alcohol is a factor in up to 40% of domestic abuse cases in the UK (NCDV).

If something doesn’t feel right in a relationship, you’re not overreacting — support is available.
