πŸ’™πŸ§‘ Supporting students. Sharing kindness. Serving with seva.πŸ™

This weekend, our Langar Aid team joined forces with the Khalsa Aid International North team in Bradford to distribute food parcels and Elephant Atta to international students across Bradford and Leeds. 🀝

We understand how important it is for international students to access essential food items that suit their dietary requirements and help them prepare familiar, nourishing meals while studying away from home.

A huge thank you to PRUK for their generous donation of Elephant Atta, supporting our efforts to provide these essential supplies to students who need them. Your kindness and support help us make a meaningful difference. 🧑

At Langar Aid, we believe that no student should feel alone or unsupported. Through seva, compassion and community, we can help make life a little easier for those building a future away from home.

Together, we serve. Together, we make a difference. πŸ’™πŸ§‘

πŸ’™πŸ§‘ Langar is more than a meal, it’s community, connection and the spirit of seva.** πŸ™

Since 2015, John has been attending Langar Aid’s evening feeds in Coventry, finding not just a meal, but a welcoming place to socialise, meet people and feel part of the community. 🀝

As John shares in this video, it’s the friendly faces, warm welcomes and kindness of our volunteers that make every visit special.

At Langar Aid, Langar is an expression of seva β€” selfless service, offered with love and without expectation. Every meal is an opportunity to bring people together, build friendships and remind everyone that they are valued and welcome.

A big thank you to John for sharing his story, and to our dedicated volunteers who make this possible through their kindness and commitment. 🧑

Serving with love. Sharing through Langar. Living the spirit of seva. πŸ’™πŸ§‘

Community, kindness and giving back πŸ’™πŸ§‘

Our Langar Aid team were delighted to join Coventry Police at Chase Avenue as part of a special opportunity to thank the staff for the incredible work they do in supporting our community.

It was wonderful to come together, share food, connect with one another and show our appreciation, while also raising funds for Langar Aid and the work we do to support people in need.

Moments like these remind us of the power of community, when we come together with kindness, gratitude and a willingness to serve, we can make a real difference. 🀝

Thank you to Coventry Police and everyone who supported the event. Together, we can continue to build stronger, kinder and more connected communities.
