Food insecurity is a state of “limited or uncertain availability in terms of food adequacy and safety, or limited or no assurance of the ability to obtain food quality acceptable in socially acceptable ways” of the FDA. Food security is a condition associated with a food supply, and people get enough to survive. Evidence for the use of silos by central authorities has been available for more than

10,000 years in several civilizations such as ancient China and Egypt, for example the story of the Prophet Joseph of distributing stored food in times of famine. The term "food security" was defined during the 1974 World Food Conference to consolidate supplies. In conclusion, food security is the extent to which food is sufficient at all times, of nutritional value, varied, balanced, and compatible with the global food supply of basic foodstuffs to withstand increased food consumption and compensate for fluctuations in production and prices. To later definitions, the issue of demand and problems of obtaining food were added. Household food security is when all family members receive at all times enough food that is sufficient for a healthy and healthy life. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAW) has defined four pillars of food security: 1- food availability and aid, 2- access to it, 3- optimal use of foodstuffs, 4- environmental, social and security stability. . The United Nations recognized the right to food in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The 1996 World Food Security Summit declared that "food should not be used as an instrument of political and economic pressure". According to the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development, the failure to regulate agricultural markets and the absence of anti-dumping mechanisms have caused more food shortages around the world and malnutrition. Food security includes measures to address any imbalance or lack of availability of basic and strategic food needs resulting from various risk factors such as periods of drought, desertification, shipping disruptions, fuel shortages and wars. Over the past ten years, the number of hungry people has reached more than half a billion people, and this number has increased in 2019 from the Corona virus by 13%. The need for a global federation for food security from a friend's perspective arose in urging the individual and society to approve their governments, as happened with the people of the "Prophet Joseph" from the approval of his people for him in his directives.
