Our latest case study features Shape It Up Pilates, a Rugby studio celebrating 20 years in business and preparing for its next phase of growth.

With support through the Project Warwickshire programme, Anne Simonsen worked with a Chamber adviser to strengthen financial planning and develop a clear strategy to scale the business.

📈 Over the past year:
• Classes increased from 22 to 32 per week
• Membership grew from 120 to 190 clients
• An impressive 85% retention rate
