We love getting messages off our friends in Palestine, and we received this one last night from Mohamad. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as we did. (And if you've planted a grapevine, we hope you feel a sense of pride)

A little while ago, I received an unexpected call from Yaqoub, the son of Abu Diya, whose story we shared in the very first film we made.

To my surprise, he came to visit me in Al-Ma’sara, bringing me a beautiful gift: grapes from this year’s harvest. ❤️🍇

What makes these grapes so special is that they come from the vines planted through the tree-planting project you supported. In our first film, we captured Yaqoub planting those very vines. And today, years later, despite all the challenges, he is finally harvesting their fruit.

I was deeply moved by this moment. It reminded me that the projects you support are not simply activities that come to an end. They continue to grow, bear fruit, and change lives long after they are completed.

Today, Yaqoub brought me grapes, but what he truly brought was a beautiful reminder of hope, solidarity, and the lasting impact of your support.

The trees you helped plant are still growing, and so are the stories of Sumud. ❤️🇵🇸

One way you can raise money for us without it costing you a penny, is to have a Birthday Fundraiser. There is a tool on Facebook, where, when coming up to your birthday, you can choose which charity you would like to support. Your family and friends can then donate towards our charity with the all the money raised going towards a project out in the West Bank.
It's donations such as these birthday fundraisers and regular donations that we rely on to do what we do.

This eloquent 12 year old boy, explains his relationship to the land, how the settlement developments all around his family home squeeze them, how they stand steadfast despite all this and the importance of planting the land to stay strong and grow resilience.

Another announcement of another amazing project that has been fulfilled in Salfit.
We have funded an educational play area within the Salfit Municipality Park. There are interactive activities, brain training games to enhance thinking, concentration and cognitive skills along with a stage for learning events.
We are so pleased with this project which you all contributed towards with your donations.
Thank you.
And thanks to the Salfit Municipality who have a vision for the future for their residents. It's truly an amazing city.

What a wonderful place and people we have the privilege of knowing.
We wish for there to be no need for charities like ours.
We wish we could visit purely as friends and see their creativity, ingenuity, love, hospitality, and hope thrive in an undisturbed and free homeland.

But until that day we WILL continue to do ALL we can to support and promote who they are and what they do.
And we can only do that with your help and donations.
