We have put some collection buckets at our checkouts for anyone who would like to help the victims of the Venezuelan earthquake. We will make sure all of the money is sent to the Disasters and Emergencies Commission. If you prefer, each bucket has a QR code that can be scanned for online donations. Thank you!

CALLING ALL CRAFTERS! It was lovely to chat to Andrea today. She is part of St George’s church craft group in Barker Butts Lane. They meet on every third Saturday of the month, and are working towards an impressive display of crocheted and knitted poppies in the church during November to mark Remembrance Sunday. A huge thank you goes to our lovely customers who’ve donated LOTS of eggs. We are using them to give local kids a special treat this year. We’ve been able to support our friends at Warwickshire Freemasons, Coventry Riders Action Group, Coventry City Council Foster Care team, Coventry City Council SEND team, Anesis Ministry, Spon End Community Centre and Coundon Primary School, to name just a few. The team at Holyhead Road would like to wish all of our customers and colleagues a happy and peaceful holiday.
