CAYAG is currently looking to welcome a few more people to join our committee to help support the continued growth and sustainability of youth services in Coupar Angus.

Our committee plays an important role in helping us continue to provide free, inclusive opportunities and activities for local young people. We meet once a month, and additional support during events and fundraising activities would also be greatly appreciated.

Whether you would like to share ideas, help behind the scenes, support events, or simply be part of making a positive difference in the community, we would love to hear from you.

What an amazing experience for 14 of our young people today. Thanks to Bob Hynd and Dundee Football Club for offering us the chance to be VIPs today, touring the stadium, having a sneak peek in the boardroom, and watching the match, which delivered a win today against St. Mirren. Everyone had a really great time, well maybe not John our driver for today (and chair) as he is a St. Mirren fan! 🤣

🏏 **Big Week Ahead at Meigle Cricket Club**

After a challenging scottish cup tie which gave great experience to some of our up and coming cricketers. We’re back in full swing this week with senior training, JUNIOR REGISTRATION, and our first league fixture of the season.

🟡 Senior Training – Tuesday & Thursday, 6PM
🟡 Juniors – Registration & First Session, Wednesday, 6PM
🟡 1st XI – Away to DHSFP this Saturday

There's something for all ages, abilities - whether you're playing or just supporting. There's even a wee Kinloch Arms visit post training for anyone who fancies just the social part.

Busy one at cooking group tonight 👩‍🍳🔥
The young people absolutely smashed it making homemade sausage rolls showing great teamwork, loads of laughs, and some seriously tasty results at the end!
Cooking groups are about so much more than just food. They help build:
✔️ Confidence and independence
✔️ Teamwork and communication
✔️ Planning and organisation skills
✔️ Basic life skills like budgeting, hygiene, and time management
✔️ Creativity and trying new things
It’s great to see everyone getting involved, supporting each other, and building skills that will stay with them for life 💪

Today’s trip to Ryze was full of energy, laughter and plenty of bouncing fun, a great day enjoyed by all!

We’ve been getting creative today with a fun Easter-themed youth art session.

Our young people designed and made these adorable bunny holders, each filled with a sweet treat. Alongside this, they explored working with eco resin, creating their own unique mini key chains and decorative trinket boxes

It was great to see everyone experimenting with colours, textures and ideas, even when our first lot didn't work, building confidence, creativity.

What an incredible day at the Scottish Deer Centre! ☀️ The sunshine made it even more special, and it was a joy to spend it alongside such fantastic young people who represented CAYAG with pride.
A definite highlight was meeting the centre’s newest arrivals… the adorable capybaras ❤️ they were a big hit with everyone!
