I’m incredibly proud, as Chair of Haven Tyneside, to share that we have signed up to the Become the Bridge campaign, alongside our Chief Officer, Bryan Watson.
This is more than just a commitment- it’s a clear and deliberate statement about who we are and what we stand for. At Haven Tyneside, we believe in equity, fairness and the power of inclusive communities.
By joining this campaign, we are reaffirming our determination to tackle racism, challenge inequality and create spaces where everyone feels valued, respected and heard.
In the current climate, this work has never been more important. We continue to see division, misunderstanding and the real impact of inequality across our communities. Become the Bridge reminds us that building stronger communities takes intention, courage and collective action.
