Protect Your Patch, Protect Your Peace of Mind
As part of National Allotments Week, we're celebrating how allotments can support not just physical and nutritional health, but also our mental and financial wellbeing.

This year’s theme, Allotments and Wellbeing, reminds us that peace of mind is just as important as a good harvest — and that includes knowing how to protect yourself from fraud.

That’s why we’re excited to offer an exclusive webinar with Catriona Still from UK Finance, in partnership with Take Five to Stop Fraud. This practical session will give you the tools to spot scams, stay safe, and protect your finances, helping to support your overall wellbeing.

Cat is a fraud specialist, having worked in fraud for over 20 years covering fraud detection, investigations, and intelligence. Having previously worked in retail branches, she now works for the Dedicated Card and Payment Crime Unit providing education and awareness sessions to the UK Financial Industry, their customers and law enforcement agencies. Cat is on a mission to highlight the psychological methods the criminals use to convince you to part with your money and the prevention methods you should take protect yourself. Cat has appeared on Good Morning Live, Rip of Britain and numerous radio shows.
