We had a fabulous evening on Monday when we hosted the Summer Gathering. We were joined by the Ladies of Arnesby and Shearsby. Wigton, Leicester Ladies and Peatling for an afternoon tea supper and were entertained by the Charnwood Cloggers.
We will now take a Summer break but will be back in August 😊

Our next meeting at Countesthorpe Village Hall is on Monday 11th May, 7.30pm. Wendy Nye will be coming to visit and give us her talk on “Beside the Seaside”

The Ladies had a fun evening last month with Elaine and Julia aka The Potty Plotters (check them out on fb or radio Derby)
This month our speaker is Wendy sharing stories about 'beside the seaside' on Monday 11th May.
Come along Ladies you're welcome to check us out 😊 your 1st visit is free. Each month we have either an entertaining speaker or a social evening with a quiz or games.
Meetings are 2nd Monday of the month at The Village Hall at 7.30pm

Countesthorpe WI played Nailstone WI tonight in the WI Darts Competition, unfortunately we lost but a great night was had by all

Wishing everyone a Happy Easter from Countesthorpe WI. We look forward to seeing old and new friends at our next meeting on Monday 13th April. We will be joined by 'The Potty Plotters' who will be sharing their fun stories and gardening tips. If you would like to give the WI a try come along and join us on Monday your 1st visit is free.

What a super evening our Ladies had on Monday. We had Hannah's Chocolate Crafts with us. She made the Easter Bunny which we raffled at the end of the evening.
