🧠💜 NEW SEED TALK: The Science of AuDHD 💜🧠

Join for an evening exploring the fascinating intersection between ADHD and Autism with Professor James Brown.

Whether you're diagnosed, exploring your own neurodivergence, supporting a loved one, or simply want to learn more, this talk will provide valuable insights into how ADHD and Autism can overlap and influence one another.

✨ Understanding How ADHD & Autism Intersect
Explore the hidden similarities between ADHD and Autism, gain a deeper understanding of AuDHD, and discover practical ways to better manage symptoms. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from the discussion.

What a magical day!🐻✨

We saw Paddington the Musical at The Savoy — and what a welcome we received when we went to . Accessible, calm, warm, and utterly special. The Savoy team went above and beyond to make every Soulmate feel included and at home even bringing Ellen cake!!

A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers Louisa and Kasia for making the day possible 💛 And to Ellen — thank you for planning every detail (especially the last-minute ones!) It was the perfect way to celebrate your birthday. Happy birthday Ellen! 🎂

We’re excited to be hosting a relaxed walk and lunch meet-up at the Coach House in St Neots.

It’s a gentle, friendly space where you can come along, meet others, get some fresh air, and spend time in whatever way feels right for you. There’s no pressure – just a chance to connect and enjoy the afternoon.

💚 Help shape the future of Safe Soulmates 💚

Safe Soulmates has always been built and led by the people who are part of it.

We are hosting an online Feedback Group on 14th May 2026 at 7pm to bring people together to share ideas, shape new opportunities, improve meet ups and help influence the future of our community.

This is about real co-production; people with lived experience leading change together.

We want to hear:
✨ what helps people feel included
✨ ideas for new groups, activities and events
✨ how we make meet ups more accessible and welcoming
✨ how we create spaces where people genuinely belong
✨ what needs to change and grow

Together we can build something even stronger, inclusive and more connected.

A huge shout out to Jordan for absolutely saving the day this week 💛

Jordan was up at 5.30am to support our new friends at CBA Training in delivering Learning Disability training to a wonderful, positive and supportive care team here in Norfolk.

This is what collaboration looks like. People coming together, sharing lived experience, supporting one another and helping create safer, more inclusive support for neurodivergent and disabled people.

We are so proud of Jordan, and so grateful to work alongside organisations who genuinely care about making a difference.

We’re looking for a volunteer or member who would love to help us build and run an online Minecraft group. Whether you’re a pro builder or just enjoy playing, we’d love to hear from you.

It’s all about creating a fun, safe and inclusive space where people can connect, be creative and enjoy gaming together.
