16th Norwich Sea Scouts Welcome to the 16th Norwich Sea Scouts. We have Beavers, Cubs and Sea Scout sections. It is registered with the Association under reg. no. 1033819.

The 16th Norwich Scout Group is an educational charity established under rules that are common within The Scout Association ("the Association"). no. 29993 and with the Charity Commission under reg. The Group has Beaver, Cub and Scout sections. All sections are based at 16th Norwich Scout HQ, The Street, Old Costessey, Norwich, Norfolk, NR8 5DB.

Today our group, came together with the 27th Norwich scout group, Earlham Python explorer group, and Costessey rainbows, brownies and guides to remember those that fought for our country.

We joined members of the Royal British legion to parade through old Costessey to St Edmunds church , where we took part in the act of remembrance and attended the church service.

Thank you to all our young people who attended today.

Tonight our scouts completed their fire safety badge with a visit to Norfolk Fire brigade training centre.
A great night learning about fire safety, the use of fire extinguishers and safety around camp fires, as well as the important role of the fire service with a chance to look round an appliance and see what they carry on board.
