Corsham Belles WI

We had such a fantastic time on Monday that we completely forgot to take any photos!

Nicky Minter from Yes – Wellbeing gave an outstanding and engaging demonstration, sharing relaxation techniques, laughter yoga to boost happiness, and practical skills to help manage the stresses of everyday life. In fact, our President became so relaxed she nearly fell off her chair!

Nicky created a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone joined in, resulting in plenty of smiles and laughter throughout the afternoon. Members tried things they never imagined they would do, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

A huge thank you to Nicky for such an uplifting afternoon. If your WI is looking for an inspiring, interactive speaker, we can highly recommend getting in touch with her.

We had an outstanding and very enjoyable time with Waafa Powell on Monday afternoon. Her Lebanese cooking was delicious and we all want some more ! Thank you Waafa
