Our annual AGM will be hosted on Wednesday 14th October at 7pm, in our new premises in Cookstown.

We are appealing to the community to support the Foundation, and help us continue to deliver our services to the local community.

The Niamh Louise Foundation continues to deliver Mental Health First Aid Training to the community.

Yesterday, 10th September, marked World Su***de Prevention Day across the globe 💜
We are thinking of all the individuals and families who have been affected by su***de.

To mark World Su***de Prevention Day, we in collaboration with the Royal Hotel, Cookstown, held our highly successful Walk Together in the Prevention of Su***de event. We would like to extend a massive thank you to all those who attended the walk, and helped to raise much needed awareness and funds for the Foundation.

Thank you to all those who helped out with the event in any way, and a particular thanks to The Royal Hotel, Cookstown who organised the walk beginning to end, provided water, and a buffet selection for our walkers to end the evening. We really appreciate your on-going support 💜

Jenny & Seanna were delighted to recently meet with some of the housekeeping and hospitality team from Stanmillis University College, Belfast.

They delivered a presentation on mental health, well-being, and su***de prevention, helping the staff to understand the vital role they play in university life, and to help them understand the student journey, challenges, and how everyday interactions can make a huge difference 💜
