What a lovely morning spent with Jenny and SeΓ‘nna from the Niamh Louise Foundation πŸ’œ

The Friday Morning Club had an enlightening and worthwhile talk around mental health, su***de awareness, prevention and support. It was great to see everyone in the group engaged, interested and asking questions throughout the morning.
The girls spoke so openly and warmly, and they made what could be quite a difficult subject feel comfortable, relaxed and easy to talk about.
A huge thank you to Jenny and Seanna for giving up their time to come along and share so much with the Friday Morning Club. πŸ’œ πŸ’œ

We’ve been delighted to welcome so many people through the doors of the new Niamh Louise Foundation Centre in Cookstown during our recent open days. πŸ’œ

Over the past number of weeks, we have had the pleasure of meeting individuals and families, community groups, local businesses, politicians and many others from across the community who came along to see our new space and learn more about the work we do.

It has been a fantastic opportunity to showcase our centre, speak about the services and support we provide, and share our vision for the future of the foundation. Most importantly, it has allowed us to connect with so many wonderful people who continue to support and encourage our work.

Thank you to everyone who attended, took the time to visit us, and showed such kindness and interest in what we do. Your support means so much as we continue to grow and support those who need us most.

We look forward to welcoming many more people to the Niamh Louise Foundation Centre in the months ahead πŸ’œ
