IMPORTANT NOTICE – CHANGE OF MEETING

Following further review of the Club Rules, the Committee has confirmed that the Annual General Meeting must take place in November, in accordance with Rule 16.2

Club Rules

As a result, the AGM previously advertised for March is formally cancelled.

In its place, the Committee will call a Special General Meeting (SGM) under Rule 16.3

Club Rules.

The purpose of the SGM will be to:

• Present and approve the 2024/25 accounts
• Confirm regulatory compliance matters
• Provide an update on the Club’s financial position and forward plan

A revised date for the SGM will be confirmed and formally posted in accordance with the notice requirements set out in the Rules.

Committee elections will take place at the properly convened AGM in November, in line with the Club’s governing document.

This adjustment ensures we remain fully compliant, protects the integrity of the election process, and maintains stability while the Club continues its recovery and rebuilding phase.

There are currently opportunities for co-option onto the Committee. Any member wishing to get involved before November is encouraged to make contact.
