We hope you have enjoyed the Easter break 😃

We have had a very busy holiday club once again which is growing from strength to strength.

We have noticed over a period of time that some of the children are being collected by neither their parents or your nominated collectors i.e grandparents, siblings or friends.
When you sign our registration form you are agreeing to abide by our policies and procedures. You sign to say that either, mum or dad or carer, or their nominated person/people will collect the child from our care. We are releasing your child from our care into their care and we rely on the children for confirmation of who they are. Whilst this helps......

Unfortunately, it is not acceptable.

Whilst we understand emergencies sometimes take over, either a phone call, message or an email to school or us will allow a safeguarding check to be made.

We truly appreciate your support with this.

Dear parents/carers,

We hope you are well.

Just a little bit of housekeeping reminders to help with the smooth running of the club.

You should all have received your invoices and statements for February. ( please check your spam if you have not)
We fully expect payment to be made every month whenever possible. This helps to keep your childs place with us.

Charges - if your child is off sick from school you will not be charged for your session missed with us.

If you have booked a session and your child does not attend, you will be charged £7.

If you cancel a session and give 48 hours notice, you will not be charged.
If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged £4 for the first hour.

If you collect your child late ( after 5.25pm) you will be charged to cover staff wages.

We hope this all makes sense and is of help.

We thank you for your continued support as always and dont forget, our holiday club will be running at Easter.
Message us if you wish to book a place.

Dear parents/carers

A 3D printed black and red dragon has been mislaid today in holiday club.

Please can you check your childs things to see if it has been inadvertantly brought home by mistake and see if we can locate the missing dragon.

We had one highly distressed little boy with us tonight who was frantically searching for his toy.

Your help with this is very much appreciated.
