What better way to celebrate the first day of spring than to plant our 75,000th snowdrop!

That's us finished planting until autumn but we hope to see you at our fundraising events throughout the year. Thank you to everyone that's helped plant bulbs. We can't wait to see them flower early next year.

And thank you to all our supporters for helping us get this far! Not bad for a years work!

It's National Snowdrop Day!

It's great to see the snowdrops we saved from the riverbank blooming so well in their new home at the War Memorial Garden. Over the next couple of years they'll naturally multiply and create a beautiful drift. Thank you to everyone who came along to help plant them last year!

This week we'll start planting more bulbs. If you fancy coming along to help, keep an eye on our page to find out when and where we'll be planting.

Look what's starting to pop up in Comrie!

We're so pleased to see the snowdrops we planted last year beginning to pop out of the ground. It's going to be exciting watching them bloom over the next month, and we hope you enjoy seeing them as much as we do! A sure sign that spring is on it's way!

If you spot any on your walks or in your garden, please share a photo in the comments.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to support us at our Coffee Morning. We raised an incredible £793 which is enough to plant another 5,000 snowdrops!

We're also delighted to announce that the National Lottery Community Fund has sponsored a further 30,000+ snowdrops to be planted in spring! We're going to be very busy next year!

We particularly want to thank Well Fired Pizza for their generous donation to sponsor a large drift of snowdrops!

And special thanks to the following for donating raffle prizes: Studio 52, Cafe Comrie, Wild Hearth Bakery, The Hideaway, Comrie, The Handy Shop, Comrie Pet Shop, Davidsons Chemist, and The Royal Hotel Comrie

We’re almost done planting snowdrops this year. About 19,000 of these wee beauties have been planted around the village so far!

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us so far. With your help we have saved over 4,000 snowdrops from the flood wall construction zone, which have been replanted in the War Memorial Garden, and we've planted thousands more along the Lednock Millennium Footpath to create a stunning winter walk for you all to enjoy next winter.

We've achieved a lot in a very short time, and we want to keep the momentum going. We've set up a Crowdfunder page to help fund the next phase of planting so we can create more winter walks and make Comrie the best Snowdrop Village in Scotland.

If you're able to make a donation, that would be great! Please check out our Crowdfunder page to see what special rewards are available for your donation.

We'd love it if you could share this with your Facebook friends as well.

Huge thanks from us all at Comrie Snowdrops!

We are Scotland’s first Snowdrop Village. We want to make Comrie the greatest destination in Scotland to see snowdrops growing in the wild.
