Well done gents!

An absolutely outstanding achievement - huge congratulations to Barrosa Company Sergeant Major and G Company Sergeant Major on successfully passing the highly demanding Master Cadet Course at the National Army Cadet Training Centre, Frimley Park. 👏🏽

Widely regarded as one of the most challenging and prestigious courses within the Army Cadets, the Master Cadet Course pushes Cadets to their absolute limits, testing leadership, resilience, knowledge, and determination at the highest level. Only a select few ever reach this standard, and even fewer successfully complete it.

Both cadets have demonstrated exceptional commitment, professionalism, and perseverance throughout, setting themselves apart as true role models within the Battalion. Their success is a testament not only to their ability, but to the countless hours of hard work and dedication invested along the way.

This is an achievement to be incredibly proud of, raising the bar and inspiring cadets across the board.

Very well done both, thoroughly deserved and richly earned. 👏🏽☘️

Congratulations, well deserved. Mente et Manu!!

We are incredibly proud to congratulate Army Cadet Staff Sergeant Sam Carter, of Comber Detachment, G Company, on his outstanding success this weekend in passing the interview board and being selected for promotion to Barrosa Senior Training Company Sergeant Major. 👏🏽

Sam’s journey within the Army Cadet Force has been nothing short of exemplary. Throughout his cadet tenure, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, discipline, and leadership well beyond his rank. Respected by fellow Cadets and Adult Volunteers alike, Sam has set the standard through his professionalism, commitment to training, and unwavering support of fellow cadets.

Pictured is the current Barrosa Company Cadet CSM, William Magill, handing over the Barrosa pace stick to Sam - a proud handover of leadership and responsibility, reinforcing the high standards and excellence of Barrosa Senior Training Company.

Sam will formally assume the role from William on 9th February, and we are confident he will embrace this opportunity with the same drive, integrity, and passion that has defined his cadet career to date.

Congratulations Sam, an exceptional achievement and a very well-earned promotion. We look forward to seeing you thrive in your new role. 💪🏽☘️

Thank you to everyone who supported us. The amount raised far exceeded our expectations!

We are delighted to announce that the Christmas Sponsored Walk carried out by Comber Army Cadets just before Christmas has raised an impressive £1,000. 🎉

This total was made possible through the hard work and determination of our Comber Army Cadets, along with the invaluable support and organisation provided by our Adult Volunteers. The money raised will be shared equally, with £500 going to the Army Cadet Charitable Trust NI (ACCT NI) and £500 donated to Walking With The Wounded.

The sponsored walk was a real test of endurance and teamwork, and the way our Cadets rose to the challenge reflects great credit on them all.

A sincere thank you to everyone who took part, supported the event, and donated. This was an excellent achievement and a very positive way to end the year for Comber Army Cadets. Well done! 👏🏽☘️
