🌿✨ What an unforgettable Brownie Weekend at Salhouse Broad! ✨🌿

Our Brownies had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Broads and getting hands-on with nature! 💚

A huge thank you to the wonderful team from Natural England and the Salhouse Broad Warden for leading a fun and informative session. The Brownies loved discovering fascinating artefacts, exploring the pond tank, heading off on a scavenger hunt, enjoying a nature walk, and playing lots of exciting nature-themed games. 🦋🐸🌳

Back at the hall, the fun didn't stop! We tucked into plenty of tasty food before getting creative with an afternoon full of crafts. From tie-dye T-shirts and bee feeders to air-dry clay insects, pony bead frogs, and so much more, everyone's imagination was buzzing! 🎨🐝👕

A weekend packed with adventure, creativity, laughter, friendship, and memories to last a lifetime. We can't wait for the next one! 💙🌈

Such an amazing milestone and massive congratulations to Wendy, Denise and Dot for long service to Girlguiding

👏 A combined 100 years of service!

I was delighted to present long service awards to Wendy, Denise and Dot for their support of the girl guiding movement.

Their incredible commitment over the years has touched the lives of hundreds of young people, providing friendship, guidance and unforgettable experiences. Reaching a combined century of service is a truly remarkable achievement and a testament to their dedication.

Thank you, Wendy, Denise and Dot, for everything you have done - and continue to do - for our North Norfolk community. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! 💛

And just like that, we are done for the year. Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers who have been helping on the stand today and yesterday. It’s been hot, it’s been busy and it’s been fun! Thank you to everyone that came to see us and chatted to us about all things guiding. Now for a rest!
