This food is for anyone who could do with free food, that otherwise would go to land fill.
Another very positive day at Coleraine Mens Group!
I am so encouraged by the men that come and mostly really like helping each other, especially Bryon, as he leads by example!!!!
I have learned the ones that help others the most, have a very positive outlook and are usually the most content.
Helping someone helps you, it is worth trying it out!!!
What about wishing jamse a happy birthday .lol
He will be taking this cake and other bread items to a family, that could do with a wee bit of extra help.

I think we need more angels !!!!

A very busy day at the drop in , at the upperoom today.
At least 25 people there today , getting tea, coffee, toast and treats, along with brilliant company.

On Tueday there was at least 14 people playing the guitar , at the guitar group.

At least 4 new people came to each group.
So good to see this!!!
