Volunteers’ Week is nearly here! 🎉
From 1–7 June, we’re celebrating the amazing volunteers who make Causeway Coast and Glens a better place every single day.

In partnership with Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council and Limavady Volunteer Centre, we’re hosting a series of special events to recognise the people who give their time, skills and heart to our communities.

✨ Don’t forget EPIC Awards are open all year round!
It’s a free volunteer recognition programme for volunteers of all ages who complete 50, 100 or 200 hours within a calendar year.
Why not sign up today and celebrate your achievements with us at one of our Volunteers’ Week events?

REBOOT, RECONNECT, RECHARGE

Last night saw a range of community-based organisations from across the sectors come together in the Community Hub on Brook Street. They were able to network and share information with each other as well as with members of local community groups and individuals alike. One organisation commented “Great to see so many organisations working within the Causeway area” and another attendee rightly acknowledged “Knowledge is power and events like this build local knowledge” Thank you to everyone who came along and made the event such a success. We plan to organise more events in the near future, keep an eye on our page for details! Everybody Welcome

We're hiring!

A new role focused on scaling community-based dementia support through Healthy Living Centres.

At the heart of this work is SEEDS (Sharing, Engaging & Empowering Dementia Support) 🌱

SEEDS is a transformative initiative empowering people living with dementia, their carers, and communities to live fuller, more connected lives. Built on over a decade of success, it combines compassionate, community-led support with national learning, training, and capacity building.

Working across Northern Ireland, England, and Wales, SEEDS helps organisations deliver inclusive, preventative, person-centred dementia care. It strengthens local services, amplifies lived experience, and drives real systems change.

This is about more than services. It’s about shaping a future where dementia support is rooted in community, equity, and shared responsibility.
