Melissa from our Young Adult Carers service met with Abigail from Great Christmas Giveaway NI this week, and they very kindly donated Christmas gift vouchers and chocolate to give our Young Adult Carers a lovely Christmas surprise! Thank you so much for your generosity! ⭐🎄

We wanted to say the biggest thank you. We raise over £1,000 and donated gifts to 36 children from 12 families, along with donating gifts to 10 young carers. We wanted to say a big thank you to Sophie Jones for working with us this year and getting the ball rolling with the giveaway. To everyone that has given or shared our post, you have made such a big difference to so many families and children this Christmas. We are once again blown away by the generosity of our community in such a short window of time

With the rising cost of living, so many families are struggling this year.
Christmas is less than three weeks away and many families are having to decide what they are able to afford, and if they will even be able to buy gifts for their children this year. We want to help and have set up a ‘GoFundMe’ page which will run until the 14th of December. We will then go and purchase gifts locally and pass these onto families most in need.
