Meet Nadeisha Pinnock, Mental Health, APN
Nadeisha Pinnock is an Advanced Practice Mental Health Nurse and the founder of Pinnock Mental Health Consulting, established in 2021 with a mission to transform how organizations and communities approach mental wellness. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Nadeisha specializes in supporting adults, children, and transitional-aged youth, bringing a deep understanding of system navigation and stakeholder engagement to her practice.
As an Afro-Caribbean professional, Nadeisha is a steadfast champion for racially and culturally competent healthcare. Her work is rooted in a social justice lens, aiming to bridge gaps in equity and accessibility. Beyond her clinical role as a Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist at a local college, she is a proven leader in governance, having served as the Board Chair for CMHA Peel until 2024.
At the heart of her consulting work is a commitment to empower, inform, and enrich. Whether she is fostering psychological safety in the workplace or reducing structural stigma, Nadeisha utilizes a collaborative, creative approach to instill positive change at the individual, community, and institutional levels.
