Meet Amanda Silvera Thomas

Amanda Silvera Thomas is a Yoga Teacher and Costume Designer whose work is rooted in creativity, embodiment, and connection. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, she brings
together her experience in the fast-paced worlds of film and fashion with her passion for mindful movement, creating spaces that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and come home to their bodies.

Through yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and music, Amanda’s offerings blend grounding practices with rhythm, self-expression, and joy. Her classes are designed to support stress relief, nervous system regulation, and deeper presence while creating an atmosphere that feels restorative, inclusive, and deeply human.

Inspired by the belief that movement is a form of storytelling and self-care, Amanda invites participants to release external noise, reconnect with themselves, and experience the body as a place of balance, healing, and connection both on and beyond the mat.
