Temporary Access Changes (4–13 February 2026)
Important access update for Kids Club parents & carers

As you may already be aware, there will be a temporary change to access arrangements at the Coalway Infant and Junior School site while the planned road closure on Coalway Road and Lords Hill, Coleford is in place.

🗓 Dates:
Wednesday 4 February 2026 – Friday 13 February 2026

🚗 Vehicle access:
During this period, the school site will be closed to all non-staff vehicle traffic as they trial a traffic-free site.

The school has kindly agreed to allow the gates to be open specifically for parents and carers of Kids Club children at the following times:

⏰ Morning drop-off: 07:30 – 08:15
⏰ Afternoon collection: 16:00 – 17:30

🚫 Outside of these times, we kindly ask that only staff vehicles access the site. Kids Club parents and carers should use the foot gate for drop-offs and collections.

We had a great day doing some much needed gardening at Kids Club on Sunday 16th Feb. Thank you to everyone that came along and braved the cold weather to support!! We are really grateful and so pleased with the end result! We are now ready for painting and planting the bulbs and flowers in April.

SILENT AUCTION!
Kids Club needs to make some critical repairs to our roof. We will be kicking off some fundraising activities over the Spring / Summer period and we would love for you to get involved!

Join us in supporting our kids' club fundraising by participating in our exciting silent auction! Place your bid for an unforgettable car experience starting at just £10.

Simply add your donation amount in a sealed envelope and submit it by Thursday, 27th February. The highest donation will win the experience, and the winner will be announced on Friday, 28th February.
