WE'RE HIRING!!
Full time enthusiastic, kind and caring support worker required to work across our day service; care farm and respite unit.
You will need to be able to work in a team as well as taking your own initiative to encourage, inspire and support our service users to achieve their goals.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with some evening and weekend shifts.
Personal qualities:
Keen team player;
Conscientious with dress standards and timekeeping;
Desire to work hard and discover new ways of working;
Detailed and meticulous with paperwork;
NVQ2+ desired; driving experience a bonus;
Experience with challenging behaviours desired;
Salary from £13.00 per hour (Roughly £27,040 a year before tax)
Pay increases dependant on experience and qualifications
Fully paid yearly mandatory training
