Good morning all,

It’s our birthday this week, 2 years since we set the Young at Heart Group.

We’ve gone from strength to strength, watching friendships form and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us.

Our talk is The Devious British which is about MI5 and MI6 in World War 2.

PLEASE SUPPORT OUR COLLECTION TO HELP THE VICTIMS OF THE NEPAL FLOODS

All 4 Rotary clubs in Colchester will be joining together to hold a collection in Lion Walk, Colchester this coming Friday 25 and Saturday 26.

The fund will be paid to the Colchester Nepalese Society (CNS), representing the Nepalese and Gurkha community here in Colchester. Many of whom have family, friends, and roots in the very communities affected by this tragedy, and they are determined to do everything we can to support them.

Every donation will go directly toward relief and recovery efforts for the families who have lost everything - their homes, their livelihoods, and in far too many cases, their loved ones.

If you are in Colchester on Friday or Saturday, please come and say hello and if you can support us, that would be great.

Tomorrow (16th) we will be having a talk about that wonderful band Queen and the amazing Freddy Mercury. I’m really looking forward to it. Hope to see you at Lakelands.
