Happy new year to all our fellow blood groups and also to all those that have supported us throughout 2025. It has been a busy year serving our hospitals and of course our lovely EHAAT Teams. But we as a group have made sure that no job was too big or too small for us to do. From milk runs with our Ernie’s to blood delivers by our blood runners, to our COLTORL runs, by our COLTORL team, we did it all. So thank you all for being there for us this year. We all look forward to seeing you all in 2026 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A huge thank you to The mark Masons foundation trust for their incredibly generous grant of £23,045.00, The Grant will fund our brand-new blood bike, continued maintenance and repair of two fleet bikes. Your support makes a real difference to the lifesaving work we do.
We’d also like to give a big thank you to EALC for their £1,000 grant towards insuring the bikes. Every contribution helps keep our bikes on the road and our service running safely.
And lastly, a special shout-out to Peter, whose hard work and dedication in securing these grants has been outstanding. We couldn’t do this without you!

Want to save lives and volunteer from the comfort of your home? 24hrs a day a team of volunteers transport blood around Essex. Why? Because it’s no longer funded. We don’t want your money, we want your time. (Although we do need money) We give amazing training and you can be a controller from anywhere you get a phone signal. I do it from Spain regularly so anything is possible. Even one day or night shift a week would make a huge difference. If it’s not for you, perhaps you could s h a r e it for us?
