Cannock Mill Cohousing

Cannock Mill Cohousing A cohousing community on a beautiful green site in Colchester, UK. We'd love to hear from you if you're interested in joining us. We are a cohousing group.

In cohousing, each household has a self-contained, private home. We manage and share the use of our grounds and communal spaces – most importantly our ‘common house’. Our stunning two acre site has beautiful listed Cannock Mil, complete with pond, as our common house. Next to Bourne Valley woodland, it is just 20 minutes walk to the centre of Colchester, a vibrant and well-connected university tow

n brimming with creativity. We enjoy working together and socialising together (especially eating together) but not to the exclusion of individual interests. We moved into our 23 Passivhaus homes in late 2019 and we are expecting to have three newly-converted two-bed flats ready for occupation in late 2022. We have a waiting pool of people who want to live here but you can still join them. If you want to be considered for one of the new flats or a three-bed house, please start your journey now. Mail us now, because our next site visit discovery day is Saturday 26 March 2022. Further information can be found on https://cannockmillcohousing.co.uk/
